Pressure Sensitive Products takes your privacy seriously. 

We will never sell your contact info to any 3rd party. We also never store your credit card information.

The information collected when creating an account is used for the purpose of shipping and billing and the ease of your return use. Stripe is the Credit Card processing company, that will receive your information for processing your Credit Card payment. Other 3rd parties may be allowed info, but it is for the purpose of getting your products manufactured.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

No Cancellations accepted after custom work has started.

Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt.

Since all our products are customized, we are unable to accept returns. If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 5 days after receipt of the order. If after receiving it, it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order, we will accept your return. We regret we cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. nor can we accept returns based on defects incurred by another’s handling of the product. All claims for losses or non-delivery must be made within 10 days from the date of shipment. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so please save all shipping cartons for inspection.

Important Note Regarding SHIPPING

Once a shipment has been sent out either via UPS or FedEx from our factory, we are not able to change the delivery address. Please make sure you have the correct “Ship To” information on your PO or that you confirm the details before we send out your order.
